Kriya11 Terms and Conditions

Kriya11 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Kriya11 and its users ("you" or "Member").

Kriya11 reserves the right to refuse registration at any time and for any reason. Once your account is created, keep your login credentials strictly confidential and do not share them with anyone.

All members are required to comply with the financial transaction rules on Kriya11. Transactions may be cancelled or delayed if the correct payment method is not used.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 and the maximum single deposit is BDT 50,000.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved mobile banking services are accepted.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be made.
• Kriya11 reserves the right to suspend any transaction suspected of money laundering or fraudulent activity.
• If no betting or gaming activity takes place within 72 hours of a deposit, the withdrawal process may be delayed.

Kriya11 regularly offers bonuses and promotional deals to its members. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before claiming.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only. Attempting to claim it multiple times may result in account closure.
• Wagering requirements vary by bonus. Generally, you must wager 10–30 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.

• Kriya11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, all bonuses and winnings associated with the account will be forfeited.

All betting and gaming activities on Kriya11 are governed by the following rules, which apply across all games.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the platform itself is at fault.
• Maximum bet limits vary by game and event. Maximum winnings are also subject to defined limits.
• Kriya11 reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.
• If a disconnection occurs during live betting, any bets already confirmed will remain valid.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Kriya11 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Colluding with other users to place bets (collaborative betting).
• Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to Kriya11's systems.
• Harassing or abusing other users.

• You can suspend your account for a set period using the self-exclusion option.

• In the event of force majeure (such as natural disasters or government directives) causing service disruption.

If a dispute arises, please contact the Kriya11 support team in the first instance. If the matter cannot be resolved through support, both parties will attempt to settle the dispute through a neutral mediator.
